There is a treatment method called press needle acupuncture in the acupuncture room of the rehabilitation center, which is also known as buried needle therapy. Many people don't understand press needle very well. Today we will introduce press needle therapy.
Pressing needling method: also known as "burying needling method", it is a method to fix a special small needle in the corresponding skin of acupoint for a long time. Press: press by hand, as the name suggests, press needle is press needle by hand, this is a new type of intradermal needle. The intradermal needle was first created in 1950 by Japan's Chiyu xingbingwei. Later, inspired by him, Cheng Tanan, a Chinese doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, imitated the intradermal needle and invented a more convenient press needle.
The theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for intradermal acupuncture: 1. Twelve skin part theory: under the guidance of twelve skin part theory, it plays the role of disease resistance and prevention by treating fur. 2. Wei Qi Theory: Wei Qi runs on the surface of human skin. Intradermal acupuncture is based on Wei Qi theory. It can stimulate the superficial part of human body, regulate Wei Qi, stimulate the body's ability of external defense, and achieve the purpose of treating diseases. 3. Intradermal needle and needle retention: simple questions? Lihe theory of truth and evil records: "if you inhale, you will receive the needle. If you don't make Qi disobedient, you will stay quiet for a long time.". The purpose of retaining needles is to wait for Qi or regulate qi, and its ultimate goal is to achieve the harmony of Qi and blood and the balance of yin and Yang.
Characteristics of press needle: 1. Quick onset: many studies have shown that press needle can reduce pain for some pain diseases, and appropriate needle retention can also prevent pain attack. 2. Safe and painless: because the press needle only reaches the subcutaneous, it will not damage the subcutaneous nerves, blood vessels, viscera and other tissues. Therefore, it is easy to accept for some patients who are afraid of needles, and press needle is suitable for any age and constitution, so it is easy to promote. 3. Simple operation: one paste and one press. As long as the clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis are correct, the acupoint selection is accurate and the operation is correct, generally good curative effect can be achieved. 4. Do not affect the activity: because the pressing needle only reaches the subcutaneous, there will be no needle stagnation, needle syncope, needle bending and other phenomena, so it does not affect the patient's movement. On the contrary, some diseases do some appropriate activities, which will dredge the meridians, smooth the flow of Qi and blood, relieve the spasm, and restore the sprained muscles and small joints. Studies have shown that: acute lumbar sprain, in bilateral Shenshu, Yaoyangguan, Ashi point sticking press needle, ask the patient to slowly move the waist, the pain will soon be relieved. Operation method of press needle: before acupuncture, the skin of the needle embedding part shall be strictly disinfected. The doctor shall fix the skin of the punctured part with one hand, and hold the press needle with the other hand and stab directly into the skin. Then cover the tail of the needle with desensitizing adhesive tape of appropriate size, and press and fix it. The length of needle embedding time should be determined according to the condition and season. Generally less than 1 day, if the weather is hot, needle retention time can be shortened to prevent infection. During the needle retention period, the patient presses the adhesive tape 2-3 times a day, about 1 minute each time. The strength depends on his tolerance, which can enhance the curative effect. The acupuncture method is suitable for chronic diseases requiring continuous needle retention and frequently occurring painful diseases.
It is mainly used in the following diseases and syndromes. 1. Chronic diseases, such as hypertension, neurasthenia, hemifacial spasm, bronchial asthma, irregular menstruation, soft tissue injury, enuresis and so on. 2. Frequent onset of painful diseases, such as migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, epigastric pain, biliary colic, joint pain, dysmenorrhea and other syndromes. 3. Other diseases, such as smoking cessation, detoxification, weight loss, etc. Note: 1. The needle should be fixed easily and not hinder the movement of the body. 2. During the period of embedding needle, the needle should be kept away from moisture to avoid infection. The time of embedding needle should not be too long. If local infection is found, the needle should be taken out and treated symptomatically. 3. Acupuncture is forbidden in patients with skin lesions, swelling, purpura, scars, large blood vessels on the body surface, lower abdomen, lumbosacral and metal allergy of pregnant women.
